Phil Edgar-Jones

Phil Edgar-Jones was appointed Endemol UK’s Head of Entertainment and Features in 2003 before being made Creative Director of Brighter Pictures in January 2006. Since working for Endemol Phil has overseen the production of some of the UK’s largest entertainment programmes, including Big Brother (Channel 4 and E4); Celebrity Big Brother (Channel 4 and E4) and Celebrity Scissorhands (BBC Three). As series producer on the eviction shows of the second series of Big Brother and executive producer on Big Brother’s Little Brother, Phil helped to establish these shows alongside the successful Channel 4 series. Before joining Endemol Phil was the executive producer and series producer on C­hannel 4’s The Priory, producer and series editor of The Big Breakfast and also produced and directed The Word.
