Profile: Aysha Rafaele

Aysha Rafaele joined the Channel 4 Documentaries commissioning team in May 2008. She commissions across documentaries output, including single films for Cutting Edge, and is now the Editor of the new talent strand First Cut. Aysha started her career in television as a trainee at the BBC and went onto become a Bafta nominated and RTS award winning documentary maker. Her last directing job was as lead director on Channel 4's flagship drama series Skins.
