Cilla back in the dating game

Cilla Black is to play cupid once again in a new dating show Loveland for Sky1. Five years after quitting Blind Date Cilla will front the new show which promises to be a "21st-century twist on the dating show.”

The Sky1 controller, Richard Woolfe, said: "Cilla is the undisputed queen of the dating show. There's been many pretenders to her throne, but she remains in a class of her own."

The10-part series is scheduled to air next year.
