I think it would be quite interesting to have an evening about how to get started/get ahead in production. Posibly with a panel of people who are at different levels in production - a runner, a director etc.

I would like to meet and hear from those who have made it to the top. Its quite inspiring hearing from those who have worked themselves up and how they have done it. Questions would be like: What made them work for TV, what were their inspirations, what did they watch when they were young, what did they want to achieve when they first started in television?

Something i took home with me after The Lost TV Generation event last night was that people feel that TV has lost its soul. It would be interesting to hear from those actually running the channels and to find out why and what has gone wrong? Why have channels moved into reality TV?
