More stand-up than serious discussion?

Is it just me or am I no the wiser on the future of television after yesterdays panel gave us their best new material but little insight on the future of the business we work in?

I think Hardeep Singh Kohli was a bad choice. His ego was there for all to see, and he really tried to impress his opinions on other people, particularly the Victoria Coren. I also thought the point of the on the job training issue was completely missed, because none of them were technical talent.

I agree with Kate. Although I would add that it seemed thats those that asked questions were just asking questions that related to them? but the venue was grand, and a good networking opportunity was available,dont you think?

Don't think it was helped by the fact that a lot of people asking questions didn't really ask a question, just did more of a rant that didn't aid the discussion..
