1. BBC One Controller, Jay Hunt will talk about the anatomy of a good TV idea and the secrets behind the evolution of our best-loved shows with Magnus Temple, Creative Director, The Garden and Executive Producer of The Family and One Born Every Minute.

2. Creativity trainer, Andrew Snell, will lead a workshop on how to generate ideas and develop them for TV.  Guided by top development execs, you will brainstorm ideas to a brief set by Jay Hunt.

3. Pitch your group's very own Big Idea to Jay Hunt and get her feedback and advice
